A 45-year-old male presented with lower back and hip discomfort, worse after standing or walking long distances. He reported a feeling of imbalance and fatigue in his right leg.

 

 

Clinical Background

 

Examination revealed uneven pelvic alignment and slight functional shortening of the right leg due to foot mechanics. No history of trauma.

 

 

Symptoms

 

– Lower back and hip discomfort

– Fatigue in shorter leg

– Altered gait pattern

– Discomfort after long walks

– Relief with sitting

 

 

Clinical Findings
